Dr. Konersman has been my neurologist for over two years now, and she is by far one of the best health providers I've ever had. Previously, I was a patient of Dr. Carla Grosmann over at Rady Children's Hospital, but was referred to Dr. Konersman since Rady's focuses more on pediatrics. Needless to say, Dr. Grosmann had been my neurologist for many years and reassured me Dr. Konersman was/is an excellent doctor. She was indeed correct. My experience with Dr. Konersman was the most invalidating and ludicrous visit that I have ever had with a provider. Dr. Konersman spent a mere 5 minutes with me before referring me to psychiatry for potential Somatic Symptom Disorder. I was searching for a second opinion after another neurologist suspected I have fibromyalgia, but she was quite sure that the etiology of my symptoms are not neurological in nature and in fact were psychosomatic. She is more than a disappointment, she is dangerous
