No wait, got in room right away but was there 4 hours......still have pain, and not sure if they know what's wrong with me 100%
So appreciated the cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Have been here quite a few times in my life, always got good cage. Saddenes me to read some of the very rude comments ppl have left in this site...it's not lime a third world hospital, I've been to them, the staff are not what some have called them, and yes, emergency rooms do have a reputation for long waits, bit that's because it's an emergency room! So sad ppl think it's ok to post belittling comments for those who try their best to help! Bless you all for yoy service!
He was taking in right away they found out what was wrong with him so I'm happy.
My wait was long as all get out. But the nurses and doctors I had were nice and knew their jobs. The wait is the only reason it's not getting 5 stars.
My husband was taken right back and seen by everyone. ...the nurse and the dr. and everything was ok but I had to go get the nurse to get the prescription ready so we could leave cause we waited and waited. ...they could be a little faster at discharging you....
The Chambersburg Hospital is working at ways to streamline the ECU process of the patients! This new experience is A+ in patient care ! I came in with severe knee pain and was and out the door in 90 min . During that time was registered , presented my ailment , wheeled into radiology, given a pain Med , given the diagnoses . Then told I will be getting s call from Dr Robertson and on my way home . The staff was polite and professional . I couldn't ask for better care .
