Very disappointed. Back in the day when the Brennan’s owned this place the food and service was excellent...creative, delicious, friendly. Not so much now. Waited forever for menus...server couldn’t remember who ordered what to drink (there was only 3 of us at 6:30), pricey sure but this is Doylestown 2017, we just requested a few appetizers AND....drum roll....um no. Not good at all. Not even the bread. And the server who seemed annoyed by us was working a room while 2 others stood around on their phones.
Excellent food and great service! It never disappoints!
Had dinner here last night. Awful. And they removed the center partition which gave the space a coziness. Had broccoli cheddar soup: No broccoli, ALL cheddar. Steak entrée was ok. Dessert was apple pie with freezer-burned chocolate ice cream (I had wanted vanilla which was unavailable) thrown into a bowl.
