My first visit with Dr. Heninger was wonderful. The professional friendly people made my visit a great experience.
If you want a caring, compassionate dentist that truly cares about you then you must see Dr. Frandsen! He has taken such good care of me. A few times things didn't go as expected, no fault of his but yet he goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. This is one dentist who is not in it for the money. He truly cares about the wellness of his patients. The whole staff is amazing! I will forever be a loyal patient.
I recently had a filling break loose whole flossing. I was visiting McCord orthodontics for my invisalign appointment. Jody recommended I go see Heninger and Frandsen about the filling. Not only were they willing to take the time to help me with my filling on short notice, but they did X rays and a couple of small cavities as well! I was very impressed with how friendly and accommodating they were. Great place!
I cannot say enough about Sr. Heninger. Not only is he a fantastic dentist, yet he is first and foremost a fellow human being, and treats you as such. I will remain his patient as long as he is in business, as will all my family members. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I have been to several dentists in my lifetime and was never happy or satisfied with the work done until a friend recommended Dr. Heninger and Dr. Frandsen. They take the time to get to know you and the work they do is superior!! No more bad, rigid, or weak fillings and the crowns actually fit your mouth. The hygienists, assistants, and front desk are just as awesome. The whole team is simply the best!!
The dental tech was outstanding. Very thorough and friendly. Dr. was very good at explaining the x-rays and examining my teeth.
My experience was very pleasant. Staff is professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all.
I highly recommend Dr. Henniger, Dr Frandsen, and all the staff. I have never had such excellent dental care. Everyone makes me feel welcome and special. They are all caring and highly skilled. If you want fantastic dental care, choose this office.
Dr. Frandsen and Sheila took very good care of me during my root canal. I received clear post-op instructions and guidance for what to expect after my treatment in an e.mail that I can refer back to. Very pleased.
