I absolutely loved how my kids were treated. Kindness and respect with lots of positive encouragement. The front office staff were so kind and happy, no snobbishness that I have seen in too many dentist offices. I have already told everyone I know what a great experience we had.
Professional and friendly, and the wait is never too long. They're also very good with my young kids.
I was so impressed with the office! From the moment I walked in until I checked out, I was taken great care of. The best cleaning I have ever had! Dr. Frandsen was awesome and explained everything to me. As a new patient, I knew I was in good hands.
Dr. Frandsen and his office (the front desk is wonderful) have fit both my husband and worked hard to accommodate a couple of dental emergencies for us. First when he replaced a filling for me which had fallen out; another dentist had done the work and Dr. Frandsen fixed it for me free of charge. Next when my husband had a worrying toothache and Dr. Frandsen fit him in at the very last minute before business trip out of state. I can't recommend him highly enough. Stellar experience. Helpful staff and friendly office.
I just had some crowns put on my front teeth and I was so worried they would not look natural; fears dispelled! They are beautiful and so natural looking! Dr. Heninger is an artist when it comes to making things look just as they should. The staff was amazing and so careful to see that I was comfortable. Love the office! My whole experience was just perfect!
So impressed with the care here from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Everyone in this office is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have been through several different Dentists over the years and now that I found this office and these providers I will not be going anywhere else. I used to have the opinion after many bad dental experiences that the previous Dentists I tried were "good for this area". These guys would be great anywhere! I am so glad I found them!! Top notch !!
I cracked a filling on Tuesday night and by noon the next day was ready got thanksgiving. My whole family goes here and love the doc's and staff.

Front desk and hygienists are always very friendly. I don't have to wait long to see the dentist. The work I've had done seems to be high quality.
