I have been coming to your office since you opened. This is a STATE OF THE ART facility. You cover every procedure within your building. It is clean, friendly and professional. I am very happy with the work you have done over the years. It feels like "family" when I visit..☺
Dr. Frandsen is truly an incredible family dentist! Today he took such great care of my 11-year-old daughter who had to have six baby teeth removed. She was extremely nervous going into the appointment, but Dr. Frandsen is a master at explaining his dental procedures, continually showing care and concern for his patients, and in making you feel that you are the most important appointment of his day. Thank you for always providing such outstanding care for our entire family.
When we moved to Idaho Falls we needed a new dentist. A friend recommended Dr Frandsen. We have been in his care for a year and a half. We couldn’t be happier! He, and all the staff are welcoming, kind and supportive in a highly professional atmosphere. Our smiles reflect the wonderful care we have received at Idaho Smiles. Thank you!
I set my follow up appointments 6 months in advance. When I saw my appointment on my calendar I realized I had a conflict. Dr Frandsen's staff was so accommodating to reschedule my appointment to a more convenient time. I really appreciate the kindness and happiness provided over the phone, it keeps me coming back year after year.
I really appreciate that Dr Frandsen always tells his patients exactly what he's doing while he's working on them. And the rest of the staff in the office is very caring and I always feel completely at ease when I'm in the dental chair. You guys are the best!
To give a little background, I have always had a hard time getting numb and even oral sedation never worked with me. I get anxiety attacks over just thinking about going to the dentist. When I was referred to Dr. Justin Frandsen I was very hopeful. The entire staff is so very welcoming and polite and Dr Frandsen takes the time to listen if there are questions. Dr. Frandsen is by far the very best!! All of the stuff made it a great experience for both my daughter and I.
OK, I have been submitting reviews on Dr. Frandsen since moving to his practice in December 2018 and starting a dental implant procedure and replacement of a bridge covering 4 teeth with crowns. As previously mentioned, I have never experienced a dentist with the level of expertise, care and enthusiasm as Dr. Frandsen. His entire staff also is professional, experienced and have the same care and enthusiasm as him.
