My wife and I just had our teeth cleaned by Connie. She is the best. Always gentle. She did a great job! We live her.
I needed a crown done and Dr Frandsen was not only kind but amazingly efficient. Gentle and pain free the entire time. I was pleased with the same day crown experience. I have known Dr F. both inside and outside his beautiful office and trust him completely with my dental care. He has a reputation for high quality care not just among his patients but his professional colleges.
As with a prior review, I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and Dr. Frandsen. Everyone is so professional and positive as well as helpful. Dr. Frandsen's enthusiasm and knowledge is incredible. I have just had my implant and temporary put in and I am shocked to say no pain during and definitely not in the 5 days since. I am extremely pleased. I am very happy I found Dr. Frandsen and staff!
The Dr's are extremely efficient, thorough, professional, and caring when performing a dental procedure. They explain the process and expected outcome of the procedure. All of the assistants who work on a cleaning or assisting with a procedure are always friendly and courteous. They always carry on a great conversation with you, relating to a procedure, event, or a familiar topic or maybe a person or people that we know in common. Great work by all.
Very efficient! They made sure that I was comfortable. I never experienced any pain during my procedure. (That’s a biggie for me). A very friendly atmosphere. Thank you Dr Frandsen!
We’ve seen Dr. Frandsen for many years. He and his staff are so kind and gentle that my 5 children ask a few times each year when they get to go back! It’s so comforting to know that I can call my dentist on his cell if we have any dental emergencies & his team truly cares!

I listened to Dr. Frandsen lecture at Museum of Idaho on the history of dentistry. I was blown away by the knowledge and enthusiasm Frandsen had for his profession. I was weeks away from dental surgery so I thought to approach Dr. Frandsen after the lecture and it resulted in me going to him a week later for a second opinion.
