I had a great experience with Chain Reaction - they are very friendly and knowledgable. I love riding my 9:Zero:7 and will be back for all my bike needs.
Went to the shop today for a few small bits and pieces. Greeted within a minute of entering the shop. Shopped privately but with the staff an arms length away to assist if needed. Dimitri remembered my name, not always easy when you see hundreds of customers a week. At one point the owner James even said hey in passing, nice gesture from a busy man. We visited the shop today and received great service working with Dimitri. We are building a bike with a 9 zero 7 frame and parts from Chain Reaction as well as other suppliers. Dimitri let us test ride bikes to nail the correct size and was extremely helpful giving his honest opinion on products available in the store else where.
Stopped in for a really quick fit after building up a new 907 carbon frame. Dimitri took the time to do it right and even tuned up the shifting without mentioning that I attached the shift cable to the derailleur incorrectly. These guys rock!
