Chain Reaction Cycles Have Enabled me to Remain Active on a Bike - Despite Having Artificial Knees & Hips. They Have Done So by Giving Customer Service..."Above & Beyond the Call" Every Time I Gone in Their Shop for Equipment, Advice or Repairs. Great Folks There Helping Folks With All Aspects of Their Cycling Needs!!!
I came into the shop with a new to me TT bike and had a fitting done with Amber. I cannot believe how much easier and more comfortable my rides are! I have taken minutes off my races and have no knee or back pain- even being in the aero position for long periods of time. Thank you for a wonderful job! You have a repeat customer in me for life
