I bought a new Lynx from the folks at CRC a couple weeks ago. All of the people there are knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk with. I’ve owned a few fat bikes, and ridden a few more. 9:zero:7 Lynx is hands down the best I’ve ridden. If you’re in the market for a new ride, I highly recommend Chain Reaction Cycles!

My husband and I flew in from NC for Alaskaman. We both brought our bikes and stopped in the shop for a check to make sure nothing was damaged on my bike in flight and to make a small quick fix on the aero bars. The owner, Jamie, and the rest of the guys in the shop were phenomenal, it was fixed on the spot! Great place. Jamie (owner) is a solid mug, as are all the other guys working there. They took great care of my wife upon our arrival for her to do Alaskaman- basically a safety check to ensure TSA hadn’t done any damage that would have affected her bike. The owner gave us some great tips about the race since his wife had done it the year before and was returning to race again. Honestly we could have stayed in the store for hours just talking with him and the staff. Wish there was a place like this close to us in NC!
