Man I just left here😡😡😡 I asked for the breakfast Nachos and the cashier told me they didn't have it🙄🙄 so I asked her how is it on the menu but not in your system..I showed her that it was on the menu and she insisted they didn't have any. so I ordered something else. RecommendedI like going for the specials. However the last few times I have went they never have limonade!!! I don’t understand why not?! You’re open 24/7, I know it’s one of the most popular drinks so why not have it readily available. You make it fresh?! How hard is it to designate someone to make limonade and that’s all they do?! I don’t get it! Why put it on the menu if you never have it!
Just leaving the Houston Westheimer location and very disappointed to find out that the young lady who sat down at our table (invited by the 3 of us) was clocked out because of that. It’s very discouraging to know that at employee is really reprimanded when going above and beyond the Company customer service policy. This place is beyond disgusting !!! I went to used the bathroom and the seat was covered in feces !!! I asked a worker who should I talk to about cleaning the restroom, she directed me to a lady named Betty. I asked Betty if someone could please clean the ladies restroom so I could use it. Over an hour later the restrooms are still covered in human feces and period blood!!! The only thing they cleaned was the shit covered toilet seat!!!. I looove me some Chacho's. The Westheimer location is better than Greenspoint. But both lacations have huge portions, variety, and typically decent service. Quality and Quantity are mainly good reasons to go... And the frozen Margaritas ofcourse!!! Don't get a big one...lol
great service , great food and 1800 margaritas they get the best of you before you know it.
