I love the food and drinks here!!!! But, customer service is TERRIBLE! The manager Robbie treats you like he doesn't need any customers. Rude, disrespectful, and blatant disrespect. I would never let him run off my loyal customers.
I think that your employees, got WAY OUT OF HAND...It's GOOD that legal actions are taken .Cause you know that could have been a WHOLE NOTHER GET-DOWN!.......RECOGNIZE!
They beat up those ladies.. This is not a good place to eat
I was over Chachos when we visited the westheimer location and noticed field cockroaches everywhere. We saw two on the bar told bartender and he just covered them with a tray. Went to pick up our food and saw on by the food so needless to say we didnt eat there that night. Thank God for House of Pies.
