I had 50 year old oak floors and they look brand new. They took their time and even my other contractors that were in the home compimented their work.
Business response:
The reason for the lower rating resulted in the fact that after the homeowner was told not to walk on the floor, he did it anyway thus tracking up the floor. The customer became angry when we told it would be a charge to fix due to travel time, gas and materials needed to fix floor. The orginial score was a 5.0.
Great work - floors look exceptional. The crew was there when promised and the job completed as contracted. They kept me updated constantly and were friendly and knowledgeable. Would recoomend to anyone considering hardwood floor refinishing!
