very professional, got the work done within the time period quoted in the estimate, floors look beautiful!
While a minor portion of the entire job, he did not complete some of the work as per his own admission and some of the detail work while again not major was not good quality. I would recommend him for work to others but with some suggestions for the employer.

We requested that a board that was sanded and pitted be replaced. Board was replaced but they sanded the surrounding boards also and Restained them and they do not match the rest of floor,we have requested they come back and match them to the rest of the floor It's been over a month and they have not fixed this yet.Its very unsitely to have an area 1ft by 4 ft in the middle of floor that stands out from the rest of floor.We wish they would just fix the floor

This request was done after a duration of two to three weeks later after the job was satisfied and fully paid. We at no charge replaced the board that was four feet long by 2 1/4 inch wide then sanded the area and re-stain it and re-poly area, we did this at least 2 possible three times, which is 30-45 min each way from our shop. At the end of each trip they were momentarily satisfied. I will attempt to satisfy the issue one final time. A very good job for a picky individual. They did a wonderful job and made the floors look better than new. I would surely recommend CFC to anyone looking for quality work for reasonable prices. Still wish I would have buffed one more time and went gloss coat for the final but the 90 pound dog in the yard that now spends alot of time on the floors may have made me reconsider this as we more than likely needed to quit with semi-gloss final. CFC far exceeded my expectations. They were both flexible and timely. When we purchased our new home, the 50 year-old floors appeared to be at the point of no return. William and Ben were confident they could bring them back to life, and they did exactly that. They spent a great deal of time doing tedious hand work so that the finish looked flawless.
