Maybe these guys were suffering a rough patch due to undependable personnel and illnesses. While the owner was extremely earnest in his desire to do a good job, finished product was lacking in finish details. Who leaves a floor vent uncovered simply citing that unable to fit it back where it was? My husband finished it off. Billy done a very professional job. He was able to do it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to anybody that is wanting to have there wood floors refinished or installed. he was also very personable.
Prompt service, good attitude, beautiful outcome. He took an ugly floor and made it gorgeous.
