Do not buy a car from this shady con man. He lied to me from the start of the negotiations about what needed to be fixed with the car, saying it was just a little thing here or there. When I showed him pictures of the damage to the car before the repairs he quickly changed his story, claiming he was out of the country when his shop fixed this car. Do not deal with this guy!! The car we purchased from him less than 8 months ago I just had to take to the mechanic, and everything that Cesar "said" he fixed was a joke. I had to pay my mechanic to fix all of it. Over $700!! The paint job he did on my car is peeling and chipped EVERYWHERE!! I am finding things under the hood duct taped together!! My husband went to take the car to his shop, and they are no longer at this address. Shady, Shady dude!!
