Cesar did such a great job with my first purchase I went back and bought my second work truck from him. With the first car I was hesitant buying a rebuilt title and he assured me that if anything happened he would take care of it. I bought it in the winter so when the summer came and the AC didn't work I called Cesar 6 months later and he said bring it on down and will get it taken care of. He kept his word! I cannot say enough good things about Cesar and his business. First off we got an amazing Honda Pilot and deal. Second the customer service is above and beyond any dealership or person I have ever dealt with. Cesar was honest and kind from the beginning and has been still helping us even after we bought our Pilot (who does that? Cesar does ����) I would definitely recommend buying any car from Cesar. He is a good dealer and friend.
We have been searching for a car for a while now, and we have been trying to get a vehicle that meets all of our criteria. Cesar took me through every step of the buying process and made sure I knew exactly where every bit of money I was spending was going. He is a genuine and honest person. It's obvious his first priority (as it is a young company) is to establish trust and loyalty with his customers for referrals and future purchases rather than a quick buck and a burned bridge. He has done that with me. I'd feel totally comfortable referring a friend to Cesar. Goes out of his way to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
Cesar is amazing! Buying a car through him has been awesome! He is so great and easy to work with. Anything I've needed he has pretty much been willing to bend over backwards to take care of. I absolutely love the car I bought from him too. If you're looking into buying a car you should definitely go to Cesar!
I recently just bought a rebuilt title BMW X3 from Cesar and I'm incredibly happy with the car. Everything was perfect with the car! After a few weeks of owning the car I backed into another car and cracked my bumper, I took it back to cesar and his guys fixed it in a few days and for such a reasonable price! Cesar is super easy to work with and cats about the car that he's sold you. Excellent experience buying a car from them. I bought a Nissan altima from them with hail damage and after having my car for few months I came back wanting to fix it and they did it professionally. I would recommend Cesar Santos body shop and dealer to anyone who's looking for a good deal!!!
Great car buying experience from start to finish. Amazing deal on an Infiniti, and they also took care of the alignment which I brought up within the day. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good fair deal. Ceaser is a great guy!
