Eric was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained everything in a very clear manner and helped us feel at ease when it came to our new home. The inspection report was thorough and detailed. It was clear that he took his time to check out the house and cared about us truly getting the best home possible. Eric was also very responsive to our questions and walked us through every detail. We truly appreciated his professional expertise and highly recommend him if you’re looking for a home inspector.

I am so impressed with the service I received. I had a short time before my option period ended and on my inspection day, it rained heavy. Eric still did such detailed work and left us an easy to follow, super detailed report that same night. That gave us enough time to determine our next course of action and negotiate with the seller, which ended in us saving a few thousand on our deal! I will refer CES to everyone I know!
