Just had the best fresh brewed, siphoned Bolivian coffee in a comfortable, eclectic setting! The owner is wonderful, as is the staff! I highly recommend you try this hidden treasure in Springfield!! :)
The free coffee cupping is awesome! And delicious!
The guys at Cervantes are so passionate about their brews and really go into depth to teach you about the art of coffee brewing. Highly recommend taking their cupping session!
