Specialty Coffee Roaster and Coffee House located in Springfield Burke and Franconia areas of Fairfax County. At the coffee house we serve top quality direct trade espresso based drinks. We specialize in Single Origin coffees. We are currently importing coffee directly from farmers and we have also branched out to quinoa and amaranth, specialty grains from the Andes of Bolivia.

It's a great coffee place. Tried the nitro brew for the very first time and loved it. Locally owned and operated.

My husband and I enjoyed the tour of the roaster. The owner, Alex, is knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. You start by learning about where the coffee comes from. Then, while tasting their coffee, you watch fresh coffee beans roast and learn about the process. Alex then ground those coffee beans and walked us through how to cup the coffee, which was an exquisite El Savador bean. As a huge craft beer drinker I found this place to be very similar to my experiences at local breweries. Great staff with a place you can really learn and experience everything coffee! I had a very nice bold roast in a French press, tried cold brew on nitro and brought home a bottle of cold brew coffee. Great way to start the weekend!
