We specialize in Single Origin coffees. We are currently importing coffee directly from farmers and we have also branched out to quinoa and amaranth, specialty grains from the Andes of Bolivia.

Best coffee in NOVA and it's roasted on site. The only thing I like better than the coffee is their choice of music to play in the shop. Tasty coffee + Taste in music = frequent customer.
It's a joy to have a place like this nearby....I am not a fan of the national chain that offers burnt coffee and irritating baristas....

Today I visit Cervantes caffe with my husband, it is an incredible place, all artisanal, the owners very friendly and kind. A place to go to enjoy the aromas and flavors of good coffee.
