Good work, fair price and good communication
Had challenges in multiple attempts to work with this company. Had a $135 service done and never sent me an invoice. After not sending an invoice, they continually had a chat bot reach out for payment (never providing an invoice). I requested the invoice via the chat bot that never produced. Once the chat bot didn't work, they sent the debt to a collection agency. I called Certified Termite and requested an invoice, still not able to provide.
