I had my first appointment here for my 8-year-old son, and the experience was unacceptable. They called me several times to confirm the appointment but never mentioned that I needed an insurance referral. When I scheduled the visit, I even asked if I needed anything else, and they said no. On the day of the appointment, I arrived on time, only to be told that I needed this referral.
