Extremely Knowledgeable Set up of the inspection was quick and painless. I scheduled by phone and everyone was very pleasant over the phone and helpful. The inspector (Matt) was extremely knowledgeable courteous and personable, taking the time to answer my questions. Matt was a true professional and it showed in his attention to detail both onsite and in his report. Thanks!
Excellent Job I was always told if you want it done right then do it yourself but that statement was proven wrong by Matthew Nunley with Certainty Home Inspections. They did an excellent job answering all my questions and gave me a very detailed report to make an informed decision on purchasing the home. Exactly what I needed and I recommend Certainty to everyone who is buying a property.
Impressive! Did not rush and he made sure we understood what was found and the implications for us. We were terrified of what would be found. We left the experience feeling like we could make informed decisions about the house. The thoroughness of the explanation that day and the report afterwards let us know what is an issue that needed addressed as well as what to watch for in the future. We could not be more satisfied.
