Awesome Experience! I would recommend Certainty to anyone. I've never had a home inspection before. This was great! My inspector was very detailed and communicated as he went along so I knew what and why he was inspecting each item. He was also very helpful educating me on things about the home I am unfamiliar with. This was an awesome experience!
Most Rewarding Experience These two guys were amazing. They were so patient and kind with me. I kinda followed them around like a lost puppy and asked a plethora of questions! They answered every one of them and NEVER once talked down to me. That says a lot about them as people and representatives of this company! I loved how they made a video for me to show my hubby later. This made it possible for him to attend without having to miss work. Thanks!
Exceptional And Thorough My inspector, William really did a great job. He was professional, precise, on time and helpful. I'm a first time buyer and I can't thank him enough. Please give this man a raise; I can be very difficult to deal with and hard to please and he did a great job. I'm not a very handy man. Some of the report information was confusing because I don't know the lingo, but William did an excellent job explaining it on the video review. He really put my mind at ease. Thank you William!

Exceptional And Thorough The entire Certainty Home Inspection team came out to inspect our property.
