Great Team! Matt was polite, respectable, friendly, an awesome person. He went over every pic with us the day of inspection. So much information. Samantha, the woman who took my order, was very nice and took the time to look up the inspector's name who inspected our current home. The Best Inspector! Cory did very well. He was well versed in several areas regarding the inspection. He even pointed out a few additional issues I was not already aware of. I would use Certainty Home Inspections again. Great detail and supporting photos in the report. Great Work Cory Kern was our home inspector and was great to work with, he took the time to explain what he was looking at and what the future problems could cause if they were not monitored.
