This was actually the fastest, easiest, and most personable auto purchase we have ever made. Nick and Scott handled everything proficiently and made us feel like they had known us forever. The best people to deal with, great service and really good used cars
I can't recommend another dealership that treats their customers better! Ken Cernak, his family and staff, are definitely there for you! They don't treat you like a customer, but more like part of their family! I've been part of their family since 2005. Personally, I have bought 4 vehicles from them.
My wife and I drove up from Westfield to test drive a used car they had advertised on the Web. As we are both retired, we have car shopped often and dreaded every minute of it. After test driving the used car we found it wasn't what we were looking for. There was however, a sharp looking car in the show room that my wife and I felt that this might be what we're looking for. Just bought a used car from Cernak. Staff was awesome. The dealership makes you feel welcomed and lets you take your time to look at vehicles with out any pressure. Got to test drive a few vehicles with the salesman not going with me. I bought a newer model of what I already owned. Lowered my payments and they gave me a great deal !
