Century Apartments have been a wonderful place to live for my family. We were in a pinch for a place to live, and Deb at the front desk was very understanding and worked with us to get us a great place while our house was being built. The pool with the grills were great during the warm months for our kids to play. Our place had a wonderful view of the Pflugerville pastures out back and the patio was a very relaxing place to sit and watch the cows graze. To all prospective residents: I was referred here on a whim by my apartment locator. I didn't want to be this far out from my work, but I am so glad that I pulled the trigger on this apartment! The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful! As a single parent I don't have a lot of people that can help me out, but all the young ladies up front have gone above and beyond to help me out whenever they can. My AC system has not worked in almost 5 days. Maintenance man was supposed to come back Friday to check on the unit....didn't. & if he did, he didn't leave a note. Had to deal with keeping the windows open everyday & avoid cooking food to keep the temperature level suitable enough because they couldn't bother to come out over the weekend. & apparently since it's cool outside that AUTOMATICALLY means it's cool in the apartment. We are going on our second year here and live in a townhouse. I cannot say enough how quiet it is, which was one of the main reasons for leaving our previous apartment complex. Everyone in the office and maintenance are very helpful especially, with my elderly parents. We also love the location as we are so close to every type of shopping, restaurant, and even an Emergency Room which has come in handy on several occasions! Update 10/4, contacted today and will receive my refund for the admin fee, thanks N. Pickett in Georgia firstcommunities Posted in September; Rated 1 I liked the apartment and didn't intend to review it as poor but have been disappointed in the request for an admin refund $125 after my application was denied unless I agreed with the concessions they wanted. I don't expect my $65 application fee back but would appreciate the $125 refund as they cashed my check even before the application was approved and accepted.
