Dont move here. hate that we just renewed our lease. Office staff always has some type of excuses rather than solution's. definitely looking for other locations eariler this time around so im not stuck renewing my lease.
Management needs improvement. Not able to fix a water leak for days. Cannot get in hold of staff to resolve the water leak.
I like living at this place. I even came back I like it so much. I truly like the two office ladies Jessica and Ashly they are always so helpful.
This is a great place to live. I’ve been here for over a year and I’m glad I moved here. Not only is it quite but it’s in a great location. You have the shopping center a walking distance away as well as a 24 hour fitness that is next door. The people at the office are great especially Jessica. She definitely goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of.
Everything about Century Stone Hill is outstanding. I love living here.
The place is fine but I had a situation with one of the employees named Deb that she came to my kids that were playing pool at the cafe area and she asked them to be quite because she was working. This is an area were they have a pool table, TV's and cafe for the residents to use or play. I don't like her attitude since my kids were not yelling, they were just laughing and playing like what they are, kids. Also this place charge you fees even for breathing. I will move soon.
