Since the beginning of my first visit, all of the STAFF here have been wonderful!!!! Not to mention the maintenance guys ROCK and are very prompt!!! I would totally recommend this Property. 💙💙🙏

You can first improve by actually returning phone calls that you promise to return. I have a neighbor that blatantly disregards the peace. Quiet hours mean nothing. Been begging for help with this matter, keep being promised a return call and nothing. This is ridiculous for “luxury living” and the price I pay for it.
I can’t complain, the location is outstanding it facilitates everything.

Place is quiet. Everyone is friendly. If someone is not friendly then I have not encountered them. and they have a lot of resident activities
This apartment complex is amazing!! I have been living here for about 7 months, and have enjoyed it thus far. One thing I enjoy about this property is the fact that the community is constantly updating you with things going on around the complex. Italie has been a huge help during this process, and has made it very easy for us to call Century Stone Hill South home.
Century Stone Hill South has been a great place to live. I love the convenience of Target, a variety of places to eat and the shopping that's available. The office staff is great to work with.
