CPM is the best rental company I have found. The girls in the office are really awesome. I have never had any problem with them, if something wasn’t working in my apartment I gave them a call and they were right on it. Just Awesome is all I can say and and 2 thumbs up.��. Also Happy Birthday.
As landlords, the ladies at the office make it top priority to meet all tenants’ needs. If I have ever had a problem beyond their capability of handling...well, that has yet to happen.

I live in a brand new property managed by CPM. I have only had a couple maintenance issues and they were handled promptly. Move in was easy and I needed to move in a hurry, they expedited the process late on a Friday, I’m very grateful for that. I have nothing but good experiences with CPM.

We've lived in our apartment for about 9 months and have had no problems. Our air conditioning unit went out and they busted their butts to fix it as quick as they could. Fantastic people.
I love this group. They always take care of your needs. I highly recommend them.
Very nice girls at the office. But the lease you sign really tries to make you liable for anything they should pay for, but dont. Such as mechanics. The apartment we moved in was really messed up also.
Keep getting charged for mechanic bills they should cover. Be sure to read the fine print in the lease several times very close. Because they try anything to get you to pay for a mechanic bill or anything else. I would rent somewhere else.
