Love the staff! So friendly and easy to work with!!
They could improve by letting people know if they get an apartment or not. I have been homless waiting on this company to call me for a possible apartment only to find out from other people that the apartment was rented to someone else. I could of been looking elsewhere if I knew this was the case.
Great company to rent from. Awesome staff and will go to no end to make things happen. Definitely recommend renting from them.
Amazing people to rent from. My basement flooded last night and no lie they had someone here within 15 min to fix the mess.. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Honestly 1st people I have rented from that actually respond and act quick when there is an emergency
We transitioned over to cpm about a year ago . I can say we have never had any big issues. They always help out and easy to work with. Situations are always handled within 24hrs
I’ve rented in Owensboro for several years now and Century Property Management is the only rental company I have ever signed a second year with. I honestly have zero complaints. Seriously the best in town. The application and resigning processes were both pain free, easy and at my schedules convenience. I’ve had to call maintenance twice - both times were handled within 24-48 hours. The ladies are always extremely friendly - over the phone and in person.
