Most complaints about the bugs is the tenants fault for not taking out the trash to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Not cleaning there apts units. My guess they may of broken the door closet and not calling in a work order. I never saw these apts at all.
Honestly I have good experience! The office is really good with email. I pretty much take care of everything over email. Super understanding. I am grateful I don't have to deal with landlords.

They have roaches and they pretend to exterminate but never follow through, giving false hope to residents. I’ve woken up to a roach on my neck once and one time on my foot. Literally so traumatizing. THESE ARE NOT LIVABLE CONDITIONS!! The management couldn’t care less about the residents. Residents live with bed bugs and roaches and comply with all of the exterminations .. exterminations never happen. They say they use Buggs Pest control but that’s not true.
