About this business
History Established in 1794. The land, now known as Scenery Hill, was first surveyed in 1785 by Isaac Bush and was given the name Springtown. Later, George Hill purchased the land and conveyed it to his son Stephen Hill in which the town was renamed Hillsboro until April 10th, 1867. It is believed that George Hill began construction of the Inn in 1788 and his son, Stephen, finished it in 1794. The stone used to build the Inn was quarried from the surrounding area. Century Inn Never disappoints.. My Lamb was wonderful, & the Chocolate mousse dessert was fantastic...So happy they are open again with indoor seating..
Fantastic Inn for my daughter’s wedding. The staff was exceptional. Food was great. The gazebo is set like a fairy tale, even with rain. I give this place and the staff 10 out of 5 stars, and highly recommend for events.
One of the best values and most delightful restaurants in southwestern Pennsylvania. Beautiful historic setting, excellent service, superb food. Century Inn is a treasure.
We miss you, we miss you, we miss you!!! Their take home family meals are absolutely incredible. I continuously check their Facebook page on Wednesday's to see what each week will bring. It is one of the few things we have to look forward to during these crazy times. What I really like is that it has made me try new things I typically wouldn't order. To-Go Reubens and roasted potatoes for lunch today - they were great!! Will be back for dinner once martial law is lifted :-)
Got the turkey dinner on Friday. So much food and absolutely delicious. Brought to my SUV and put in the back. Wonderful service.
