Posting this review on my wife's (Alicia's) behalf...YES, the parking sucks, and there are long wait times, so we understand other reviewer's frustrations...but OUR overall experience has been positive. Getting thru to the receptionist (Vanessa) by phone has been challenging at times, but she has been very accomodating when we reach her (which is the reason for the long wait times, not answering phone calls, etc.---this clinic is SWAMPED every. single. day. with patients---they must be doing SOMETHING right, to be that busy.... read more
5star to the doctors. I had two retinal hole surgeries. 0 star to the management. The front office number doesn’t work and always goes to full voice mail box. It’s annoying that we have to visit in order to get an appointment.
Truly awful service. They do not care about their patients in the slightest. Have you wait hours after your appointment, never answer phones, treat patients with such a negative attitude. Truly astonishing the way people will take advantage of low income seniors. It is insane.
3 hours calling and they don’t awnserd the phone Bad service
Their contact numbers are not working even in each location. Contact numbers provided by insurance are not working too. They should update active numbers
