Possibly the only real estate agent in the Valley who isn't evil, IMO. Got ghosted by probably a half-dozen different agents who clearly didn't want to work for a lesser commission on a cheaper property, or who were insistent that I needed to call them on the phone because they were unwilling to put anything useful in writing, but Tami was happy to help us, and she rightly earned the much larger commission she ended up getting when we changed our plans.
