I purchased a property that the owner/broker of Century 21 in Chappell Hill was the listing agent. Our final walk through was 1 hour before closing and she couldnt be bothered to have the water turned on for us to do our final walk thru of the property. She was hiding some very expensive repairs needed to the property!!! turns out the shower upstairs leaked into the kitchen below!!! Remodeled by the broker's husband!!! Buyer's beware!!!
