I was a buyer involved in the purchase of a property that was listed by Jennifer Birdsong. She was not my agent but was a primary party to this sale. I would not recommend Sally Gartner as a realtor. I moved here from Michigan and was told by her “contractor “ husband he would work his “magic “ on my condo. After shelling out 11,000 to Alan Gelade ( her husband) the work is not completed in my condo. I also found out that Alan Gelade is not a licensed contractor, however he did manage to hire people he did not know from Home Advisor for $5000.00 , I’m still out 6000.00 dollars and didn’t appreciate the fact that Mr. Gelade let people into to my home that I was not unfamil... read more
