Signed a lease with a move-in date for June 20. Moved in officially July 10, 2024 and immediately noticed issues. The water coming from the sink was dirty, dishwasher leaking water, dryer not drying clothes, some of the outlets not working… when I called the office repeatedly, no one answered. I was finally able to reach somebody the next day, but that person (and the realtor) mentioned that I was breaking the terms of the lease for moving in without notifying them. I would lose my $4,000 security deposit. That makes no sens... read more
