Sounds familiar. They trying to evict us after we gave a 30 day notice out of a lease and they have 1800.00 of our money. Rent from someone else
I will absolutely never rent from this place ever again. They are not customer friendly and look to gouge you for money at every corner to include their payment system which is geared to setting up the customer for failure so they can get late fees.
Mary Clark helped us tremendously with the purchase of our new home! She went out of her way to find us that perfect home. Even one day when we called her while she was shopping at the grocery store. She simply said hang on let me drop off the groceries at my home and I'll be right over to show you that house! She is truly a credit to century 21 and first-time buyers like ourself:)
Getting ready to deploy. Asked for 2 days with no one showing the house so I can relax with my family. Woman I spoke to was very rude. Basically told me they will show the house when they want to. I will not be renting with century 21 again.

One of the worst rental companies to go through as an owner! Laurie is one of the rudest people I have encounter and they do nothing but lie and take your money and then have conflicting stories when questioned about something they have done wrong. Would not recommend!!!
