DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY. Upon move in the house was not painted and had so much mold and many other damages. Before me moved out we did everything we could to make sure inspections were done and the house was spotless, even when upon move in this place was disgusting. We were charged nearly 400$ for a maid to clean the kitchen and rooms when everything was spotless. Great place to work, great place to buy and sell a home!
Had to give 1 star because I had no choice. They deserve no stars. Horrible service, especially Kate. Don't rent from Century 21. They will invade your privacy and have hidden terms in the lease.
I had an appointment to go look at a rental home this afternoon at 2 pm. I pulled into the driveway to find ppl there and their relatives were signing a lease. I called the office at 1:55 to see if ERIC was there to ask about it and he WAS, which means, he hadn’t even left the office for our appointment and probably forgot about it. He had no idea what was going on. So he would have missed my appointment and it was already rented. Then had the audacity to ask if I needed any further help in looking for a rental. If your tenants don’t pay rent and leave the state (which most around that area do), they will not go after them legally. Two months after we paid for an inspection, our tenants left without paying rent and caused over $6,000 in damages with soiled carpets, chewed up baseboards by a dog that wasn’t supposed to be there, and a damages to our cabinets and fixtures.
