Very friendly staff! Easy and quick check in process and dog friendly staff! When we arrived, our garbage cans were completely full at no fault of the realty's. I called them and they sent someone to empty all of our garbage cans in just a few hours time. Very accommodating and friendly! Would recommend this realty and their clean cottages!

Lobed the location of the house but didn't care for the noise of the birds in the vent of the stove. Also had to deal with ants around the stove top everyday. Not to happy about the way my vehicle was treated in the drive way when the lawn care company came and blew grass all over the side of my car.
We stayed at Beach Mountain Duplex for the second time and loved it! The house and location is great. Our check in was flawless,we even got our key a tiny bit early, loved it! Hope to be back in 2 years, see you then!
Loved the beach, but the place where we stayed, was to dated. The wiring was old, the sink was old, carpet needs pulled up to old. Beds need replaced. The whole place needs complete updating.
The Following were awesome reservation staff - (Jessica), check in welcome bag, linens being included, location of the house, and size of the rooms The following were not so great - the shape of the home, not as updated as advertised, Hvac, appliances, couch, and carpet are on their last leg. Decking boards are loose. Terrible - Customer care during the stay. Fridge and freezer went out late afternoon on a Tuesday, not fixed until Thursday morning.
