After studying every oceanfront rental on the island, This companies rentals are on average 10-30% higher priced than the other rental companies..Outrageously priced vacation rentals !!
Stayed at the Sweet T house on the South end of Topsail. Gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 due to the number of outside seating. There were only 2 chairs to sit on with the addition of 2 built-in benches that were very narrow and short. Unable to appropriately use the built-in seating; would have been great for children. We had 3 adults stay in the two bedroom house and the deck was adequate. The widest part of the deck was on the smaller side and grateful it was only three of us.
