I rented an additional baby crib for extra $$ when it was already present in the house. I didn't see it for a couple days because it was in a closet. You should be aware of renting additional items to folks when the stuff is already at the rented house. I will use another company for reservations next time. Otherwise, you did great

Did just OK, Check in was great but property was not inspected and put in proper shape upon our arrival. Had to call and get outdoor shower fixed on our arrival. That should have been taken care of before arrival. Did not like the having to wait over 45 days to get my damage deposit back. You knew within a few days that we did not damage anything. Why hold MY money for over 45 days!!!! Don't know that I will rent from Century 21 at Topsail again. Have gone to Emerald Isle in the past and the rental agency there was just GREA... read more

First the good: I was kept well informed about the rental and expectations via email on a regular basis. It was easy to book the rental. When we had a plumbing issue, a plumber came to the unit and resolved the issue within a very short amount of time. Now the not so good: When I stopped to pick up the packet with keys and passes, the receptionist was rather rude and obviously not happy to see me at 4:50 in the afternoon. We absolutely LOVE Topsail Island! This will definitely be our annual beach vacation for years to come. The house we rent is right on the beach, there are several stores on the island for convenience, especially if you dont want to travel far for groceries, dinner or souvenirs. A little piece of heaven... that's for sure!! I recommend Century 21, Action for you vacation needs, they were so helpful from start to finsih.

Your staff there was very friendly and upbeat. I stayed in Sea-Cluded in Serenity Point. This was my first time renting from you and my first time in Serenity Point. I have been coming to different parts of Topsail my entire life every year. The unit was superbly furnished. There was never a time I felt there was something I needed. I really appreciated the fact that linens were standard for the unit. Nice not having to bring my own. The care bag with soaps etc. was a great touch. I now have a new realtor for next year! First time staying on topsail. Found a property we liked listed by century 21. Property was great and detailed properly on their website. Called 1 time because my son had hit a button on the tv remote and tv would not work. Called century 21 and the girl that answered was very helpful and got us back up running again. Will definitely stay with again

I think that Century 21 did a good job of providing useful information before and throughout our stay, however, we were not very happy with several things regarding the house. 1. Cleaning supplies were left out upon our entry. Dirty paper towels and spray were a definite turn off. The house was not properly cleaned. I vacuumed during the first two hours of our arrival.
