Did just OK, Check in was great but property was not inspected and put in proper shape upon our arrival. Had to call and get outdoor shower fixed on our arrival. That should have been taken care of before arrival. Did not like the having to wait over 45 days to get my damage deposit back. You knew within a few days that we did not damage anything. Why hold MY money for over 45 days!!!! Don't know that I will rent from Century 21 at Topsail again. Have gone to Emerald Isle in the past and the rental agency there was just GREA... read more

First the good: I was kept well informed about the rental and expectations via email on a regular basis. It was easy to book the rental. When we had a plumbing issue, a plumber came to the unit and resolved the issue within a very short amount of time. Now the not so good: When I stopped to pick up the packet with keys and passes, the receptionist was rather rude and obviously not happy to see me at 4:50 in the afternoon. Got to check in a little early, that's always a plus also Shipwatch Villas 1315 was as nice as the pictures, already booked it for next year and the receptionist was very polilte and helpful.

Loved the beach, but the place where we stayed, was to dated. The wiring was old, the sink was old, carpet needs pulled up to old. Beds need replaced. The whole place needs complete updating.

The Following were awesome reservation staff - (Jessica), check in welcome bag, linens being included, location of the house, and size of the rooms The following were not so great - the shape of the home, not as updated as advertised, Hvac, appliances, couch, and carpet are on their last leg. Decking boards are loose. Terrible - Customer care during the stay. Fridge and freezer went out late afternoon on a Tuesday, not fixed until Thursday morning. Ease of making reservation. Loved the starter bag. It helped as you don't have to rush to the grocery store. Friendly and knowledgeable when I called the office. I liked the email reminders.

First time staying on topsail. Found a property we liked listed by century 21. Property was great and detailed properly on their website. Called 1 time because my son had hit a button on the tv remote and tv would not work. Called century 21 and the girl that answered was very helpful and got us back up running again. Will definitely stay with again

Staff was friendly but was very disappointed and upset that no one mentioned that the house was listed for sale and that we would be asked to let people see the house while we were there. That was a big oversight and unprofessional. While that was a big deal, everything and everyone else was fine.
