Check in was a ease and the house Wynn's Way had everything we needed for our family. The only thing about the house was that it needed some dusting and there was sand on the furniture that you could feel when you sat down.
Century 21 is highly recommended for ease of conducting business. Office staff is great to work with. Re the Unit: Few bad weather nights forced us inside & analog TV in living room is SO small, difficult to see. I know the person that cleans has a short time but window sills, blinds are always dusty, furniture dusty, Floors, carpets and bathrooms are clean. House is OK. It needs a mid season cleaning. On both of the ocean side bedrooms the carpet by the sliding door wall has mold (the carpet is black). The bedroom with the king bed leaked with the rain. I reported these issues and basically was brushed off stating all houses here have similar issues. We have rented this house three years in a row and this year it had the leak and mold issues. We will rethink renting this house again because of the mold issues
We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things we had to get fixed ( tub and hood that covers chimney). Service was quick. The shower liner was extremely dirty. You would think the cleaning service would have cleaned or changed it. Linens and towels was wrapped in plastic., which we appreciated. Peaceful area, friendly people
Your staff there was very friendly and upbeat. I stayed in Sea-Cluded in Serenity Point. This was my first time renting from you and my first time in Serenity Point. I have been coming to different parts of Topsail my entire life every year. The unit was superbly furnished. There was never a time I felt there was something I needed. I really appreciated the fact that linens were standard for the unit. Nice not having to bring my own. The care bag with soaps etc. was a great touch. I now have a new realtor for next year! Century 21 Action, Inc. was very accommodating and responsive. The property was fabulous, and we had a great week on the ocean!
Stay and Anderin Seas just beautiful. We had perfect weather. And Century 21 is a great rental co to rent from.
Check in was very easy and prompt. Reservation process was also very easy. The house, on the other hand, had dirty carpets, dirty walls, laminate coming off in many places on the kitchen cabinets, broken fridge door shelf but it was replaced the next day. The exterior has siding that is deteriorating . The ground level bedroom accessed through the garage has what looks like water damage along the baseboards and a moldy/mildew type odor.
