You did great, but the house could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen utensils and cups were not clean, we had to wash them right away! We had a window pain out completely and had to buy duck tape to fix it before we could notify century 21. The fire alarm downstairs went off and I guess needed a battery, over all it was good!
Check in was very easy and prompt. Reservation process was also very easy. The house, on the other hand, had dirty carpets, dirty walls, laminate coming off in many places on the kitchen cabinets, broken fridge door shelf but it was replaced the next day. The exterior has siding that is deteriorating . The ground level bedroom accessed through the garage has what looks like water damage along the baseboards and a moldy/mildew type odor. We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things we had to get fixed ( tub and hood that covers chimney). Service was quick. The shower liner was extremely dirty. You would think the cleaning service would have cleaned or changed it. Linens and towels was wrapped in plastic., which we appreciated. Peaceful area, friendly people
Lobed the location of the house but didn't care for the noise of the birds in the vent of the stove. Also had to deal with ants around the stove top everyday. Not to happy about the way my vehicle was treated in the drive way when the lawn care company came and blew grass all over the side of my car.

Century 21 Action, Inc. was very accommodating and responsive. The property was fabulous, and we had a great week on the ocean!
Stay and Anderin Seas just beautiful. We had perfect weather. And Century 21 is a great rental co to rent from.
Booking and check in were easy. However, we had the same experience as always. These houses are DIRTY and seem lacking of certain maintenance. Tattered furniture, gross bed covers, ripped pillows, water damaged cabinets, MOLD growing on one of the shower curtains, dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, sand and debris in the kitchen cabinets and drawers, not enough seating in the main living area, or on the outside decks, UNCOMFORTABLE mattresses with one bed literally being supported by a foot stool, disgusting carpet on the... read more
