It was great need new furniture
picking out the house and check-in was a breeze, agent was very helpful and assisted in picking out the right size home. Although we found things to be a little unkept at the house itself. Very cluttered under the house, microwave handle looked to have a had a quick fix with glue - which didn't hold, cleaners should have checked over the property for major dust - found on walls, ceilings and ledges. I seriously can't believe your agency is refusing to reimburse me $17 for a coffee maker that I had to purchase to replace a broken unit. It was 6:30 AM Sunday morning. Would you really have driven over a replacement unit by 8 AM that same day (the coffee was finally done by 8 after purchasing, cleaning the pot, etc.)? After a long day on the road Saturday, all I wanted was a pot of MY coffee to enjoy on the deck of the house. Check in was a ease and the house Wynn's Way had everything we needed for our family. The only thing about the house was that it needed some dusting and there was sand on the furniture that you could feel when you sat down.
Century 21 is highly recommended for ease of conducting business. Office staff is great to work with. Re the Unit: Few bad weather nights forced us inside & analog TV in living room is SO small, difficult to see. I know the person that cleans has a short time but window sills, blinds are always dusty, furniture dusty, Floors, carpets and bathrooms are clean. We had a few suggestions for the condo itself. We wrote down all of the improvements and brought it in to your staff and they handled it really well. We shared our concern about the extremely uncomfortable sleeper sofa (we were having two guests coming in to stay with us that same evening), and the staff contacted the owner, sent someone to take pictures and look at the sleeper sofa, and sent a brand-new one out the same day! This was a new home and area to us. It was recommended by the Vacation Rental Staff and they were right. Beautiful home and area. The VR Staff has always been pleasant and terrific.
House is OK. It needs a mid season cleaning. On both of the ocean side bedrooms the carpet by the sliding door wall has mold (the carpet is black). The bedroom with the king bed leaked with the rain. I reported these issues and basically was brushed off stating all houses here have similar issues. We have rented this house three years in a row and this year it had the leak and mold issues. We will rethink renting this house again because of the mold issues
