He is not only highly knowledgeable but stays sharp and current in his field with new technology and has a high work ethic. Would recommend to anyone needing an inspection no matter the circumstance. I reached the point of being tired of looking at pictures in the report and that's a wonderful thing: I would rather them take more pictures than necessary as opposed to not enough. 10/10 experience
