Very knowledgeable and professional and available in timely manner, in fact faster then expected. ******************* explained everything he found in idiot terms (which is what I needed to understand). He spent a good amount of time looking and explaining without giving me the feeling of frustration or hurried. will definitely use again if needed.

*** was truly professionally impressive. I requested an unusual indoor air quality test and he made it happen with a quick turn around time. He is not only highly knowledgeable but stays sharp and current in his field with new technology and has a high work ethic.
