Delivering a package here was fine. Valet let me park right in front of the building. I checked in with concierge. BUT broken elevators made me about 1 hour late to my appointment.

The building amenities are nice, but beware before you purchase a condo in this building. Besides from the concierge Folks who are nice, the building admin and management staff are as useless as possible. The board directors change frequently, and the HOA fees go up by 10-15% every year. There's no parking-, and even the thermostat that is tied to the unit—if it malfunctions—is the residents' responsibility.
